Softly cooked Ghana yam to be eaten with a special vegetable sauce called THERESA SAUCE.
Theresa sauce is made up of garden eggs, other vegetables and some proteins. It’s a sauce discovery in the 1920’s by my lovely grandmother. Anytime she prepares the sauce, every don’t eat any other sauce but hers. It drew as many family members together as possible and i chose to learn how to prepare it.
You can also eat it with egg Sauce, palava sauce, Egusi sauce etc.
